GTM Executive, Sales Development

Dubai · Full-time · Sales

Founding team · Dubai, Founder HQ · Full time
AED 8,000 to 10,000 fixed. Hit pipeline targets and it doubles.

Your customers ask ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity or Claude before they ever reach you, and what they hear is a second version of your brand you have never seen. AYAN reads how these models answer real buyer questions, shows a brand where it is recommended and where a competitor takes its place, and turns every gap into a fix that lands with the person or page that closes the sale.

Live clients in retail, beauty and hospitality across the Gulf.

Why this role exists

We know who buys AYAN: brands whose customers decide with a machine before they decide with a person. Retail, beauty, hospitality, real estate, luxury. Gulf first. What we do not have is enough first conversations happening every week.

You build that. Find the right person inside the right brand, get the first meeting booked, qualify it, and hand the founders a slot worth their hour. This is one hundred percent pipeline. You are not expected to close on day one. You are expected to learn how, by sitting in the meetings you booked and taking the smaller deals as you earn them.

A realistic Tuesday

09:10. Forty messages went out Monday. Two replies, one of them "not now". A marketing director at a Gulf beauty brand opened yours three times and did not answer. You have her name, what ChatGPT says about her brand when a customer asks for a serum, and the founders' calendar. Your job is to turn those three things into a thirty-minute slot by Friday.

If that reads like a game you want to win, keep reading.

Who you are

Two to three years making things happen with people who did not owe you their time. Agency business development, consulting, event sales, growth at an early company. The sector matters less than the pattern: you found the person, you got the reply, you got the meeting.

  • You write messages that get answered. Short, about their problem, not our product.
  • A no does not embarrass you. Silence does not slow you.
  • You research before you reach out. Every time.
  • Your pipeline is clean because you keep it clean, not because someone checks.
  • English a senior buyer takes seriously. Arabic is a real advantage and we will use it.

One more thing. Whatever channel you apply through, make your first line the number of touches it took you to book your last meeting. The honest number. That is how we know you got this far.

Six months in

  • A steady weekly count of qualified first meetings for the founders, at a rate we set together in month one.
  • An outbound playbook by sector: which roles answer, which angles work, which do not.
  • You can explain what AYAN does in a meeting without a founder in the room.
  • One smaller deal led from first meeting to proposal.

Working with us

Founding team. The founders sell today. You are the first person hired to make them sell more, and the first to learn selling AYAN from the people who built it. This grows into a sales lead or head of growth role. There is no script yet. You help write it.

  • Founders move fast and change their minds when the facts change. Flag it early or expect to be asked why you did not.
  • Push back with reasons. Agreement is not a contribution.
  • Nobody will notice you are drowning unless you say so. Saying so is a strength here.
  • No ladder, no annual review. Results are how we measure. Attitude is why we hire.
